Hello Everybody!

I think it’s time for me to introduce myself. My name is Stacie, and I am so happy to have been given the opportunity to become the new director for Jeffs Music Together/Heartsong Kids.  I’m am so happy to meet all of you.

I know that many of you have been taking classes with Jeff for a very long time, and that  you loved going to his classes. I wanted to let you know that though the owner and name of this center is different, the love of music making, of spending time and singing with all of you and your wonderful children, and watching them grow up is something we BOTH share.  Jeff put a lot of heart and soul into his business and his teaching, and I intend to do the same.

I’m here to continue his legacy, and keep your Music Together experience as wonderful and as inspiring as it was before.

Becoming a director has been a long time dream of mine, and I’m pretty sure I told Jeff that exact thing those first few weeks when I apprenticed with him. Since then, the dream of mine has never changed, which is why being able to now be a director is so amazing.

So, grab your little one and your singing voice, and come on out and join us for an amazing fall!

All the best,

Me and V

JEFF PARIS is the director of Heartsong Kids, and the teacher too. He’s been makin’ music with kids and adults for over ten years in Brooklyn and Queens. He has also witnessed the transformative power of music, and the healing properties of joy. Sharing that with kids and adults is a pretty awesome way to spend your afternoons. He is an experienced singer, percussionist, and pianist. He is also an editor and writer, and has performed onstage as an actor and poet. His love of music and his work with                                                      kids brought him to Music Together, and it makes him                                                      happy every day.
